HPCL - PRAYAS 'PROJECT 'MUSKAN' Vocational & Music Training

Computer Training

Children of the project are being provided with computer training. Through this education children are getting familiar with the technical terms which are commonly used in today’s life.

Music helps to generate rhythm and harmony within the children. Musical instruments like harmonium, tabla, guitar, dholak, casio etc. are regularly used to increase the interest of the students and with regular practice and continuous inputs of the music teacher, students are now able to use these instruments and have also participated in various functions.

This was started with the objective to provide children the opportunities to not only to nurture their dancing talents but also to keep them physically active and develop coordination among them and to increase harmony. In girl’s shelter home, we have dance class for children. It is conducted 3 days in a week. Currently, one dance teacher helps them with their dancing skills. They learn different form of dances there like Odissi, kathak, western etc.
