Prayas and RSLDC

MOU between Prayas and RSLDC was signed on 27th August, 2013. Prayas team headed by Mr. Amod Kanth, PIA Head/G.S.Prayas, Ms. Indu Rani Singh, Project Director, Mr. Pawan k. Jha, Finance Controller, Ms.Priyanka Pathak, Project Incharge, Mr. Rohit Kumar, MIS Incharge was present to sign the MOU. Just before the signing of MOU, a meeting was held with Mr. Rajesh Yadav, IAS, MD and expressed his desire to work with Prayas at a larger level.

  1. Regarding the selection of courses, he advised that we should  start with courses like Retail, Hospitality, courier & logistics, Beauty culture as for the courses like Automobile, construction, refrigeration & nursing, we’ll need to have a bigger infrastructure matching with the industries

Project Description


  1. Rajasthan Skills and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC), on behalf of the Government of Rajasthan had resolved to initiate the Special Skill Training for the 600000 Unemployed, marginalized Youths, including dropouts, etc of the State of Rajasthan in the next 3 years by way of providing financial assistance through Grant-in-aid received from the State Government, to be released as per Expression of Interest (EOI file reference number RSLDC/Skill/EOI/4/2013) on Employment Linked Skill Training Programme (ELSTP), published on date 21.05.2013 (Annex-1) and Guideline Document 2013-14 and other applicable documents  for implementation of Employment Linked Short Term Skill Training Programme (Annex-2). Prayas JAC has been designated as the Programme Implementation Agency (PIA) in accordance with the terms and conditions to be set forth in the agreement to be entered into.
