On June 11th in New York, the Executive Board of Children’s Hope organized a special meet and greet with Mr. Amod K. Kanth, founder of Prayas. The gathering was graced by several distinguished individuals, including Ms. Dina Pahlajani, President and Co-founder of Children’s Hope, who warmly introduced Mr. Kanth to the audience.

In her address, Ms. Pahlajani spoke about the deep and enduring partnership between Prayas and Children’s Hope, highlighting the shared vision and impact of the Children’s Hope Prayas project in transforming lives across communities in India.

The event brought together executive board members, supporters, and friends of Children’s Hope, creating a space to celebrate over two decades of collaboration. Mr. Kanth presented a short documentary portraying the 20-year journey of Children’s Hope Prayas and spoke passionately about Prayas’ broader mission in India. He referred to Children’s Hope Prayas as “one of our best projects,” underscoring its significance in the organization’s larger commitment to children and community development.
