Access to Justice Project
The Access to Justice Project by Prayas JAC Society focuses on protecting vulnerable children from child trafficking, child labour, child marriage, and child sexual abuse while ensuring access to justice, rehabilitation, and long-term support. As part of the Just Rights for Children Alliance, the project operates across 22 districts in 6 states and Union Territories — Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Delhi, Gujarat, and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Working With
The initiative works closely with Child Welfare Committees (CWCs), law enforcement agencies, district administrations, schools, and community stakeholders to strengthen child protection systems and ensure timely intervention.
Services Provided
Rescue operations, awareness campaigns, counselling, legal aid, compensation support, and rehabilitation services form a major part of the project’s work.
Awareness & Advocacy
The project conducts large-scale awareness and advocacy campaigns against child marriage and child exploitation, encouraging community participation and stronger institutional response.
