Awareness campaign against Substance abuse under the Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan

In an endeavor to combat #substanceabuseandaddiction, the District Social Welfare office, Srinagar organized an impactful event under the Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan. The #event aimed at highlighting the importance of #preventivecare and #communityinvolvement in the fight against #drugabuse. Through the event, the efforts of Prayas JAC was also highlighted working in the field of #socialwelfare and #communitydevelopment. The Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan is an ambitious #campaign launched by the Government of J&K to address the rising issue of substance abuse in the region. The program emphasized preventive measures and seeks to build a robust support system for individuals struggling with addiction. The District Social Welfare office in Srinagar has been at the forefront of implementing initiatives and events to #createawareness and drive #positivechange. The officer acknowledged the outstanding work done by Prayas in the field of #humantrafficking , #pocso and #juvenilejustice. The officer then extended an offer for collaboration with Prayas JAC Society on #raisingawareness about the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act.
