A 'Skill development counseling program' at Srinagar, Kashmir Prayas branch office, was organised with an aim to help individuals identify &
#enhance their skills in order to improve their
#employability &
#careerprospects. The program involved
#counselingsessions that focused on identifying an individual's strengths, weaknesses, interests & potential career aspirations.
Through the
#program, individuals were also guided on the various eligible training and
#certification programs, which could help them develop specific skills that are in present market demand.
Apart from personal guidance, the skill development counseling program also offered
#workshops, training sessions, and other resources that could help individuals learn new skills and improve their existing ones. The program also provided access to
#jobfairs, job placement services, and other employment-related resources that could help individuals find suitable
#jobopportunities.
