Child Marriage Campaign under Access to Justice project in South Andaman

Let the girls be girls, not brides. Early marriage is harmful for teenage. Marriages are not for Teenages. Childhood is not for Motherhood. Supplementing the ideology, Prayas JAC Society has conducted numerous campaigns within its operational areas, as part of the Child Marriage Free India Campaign, initiated by the Nobel Laureate Mr. Kailash Satyarthi on 16th October 2022. On the tenth day of the campaign i.e. on 25th October 2022, a one-day campaign was organised and facilitated by the Prayas team members under 'Access to Justice' project at South Andaman. A total of 50 participants, including children, women & Anganwadi workers participated in the event. Mr. R. Mugam, Community Health Officer, Department of Health Services was the chief guest of the event.
